Manuka Health New York Press Launch
Manuka Health introduced its new beauty line to top-tier beauty, wellness, and lifestyle editors through two complementary press experiences in New York City.
The first event, hosted at Michelin-starred FREVO, was designed as an immersive brand world: a sensory dinner and gallery experience that brought Manuka Health’s New Zealand origin story to life. The space featured large-scale floral artwork, essential oil diffusers with Manuka botanicals, ambient music inspired by New Zealand landscapes, product discovery moments, and a custom dining menu incorporating Manuka honey as both an ingredient and storytelling device.
The second experience, hosted at The Well NYC, translated the launch into a more functional, wellness-driven format. Editors experienced custom facials, product education, and guided discovery around the beauty line’s key benefits, creating a hands-on environment for trial, ritual-building, and editorial understanding.
Together, the two events gave press distinct but connected entry points into the brand: one emotional and sensory, the other practical, educational, and product-led. The broader objective was to give editors enough emotional, sensory, and product-led context to understand the brand’s move from honey into beauty.
Attendees across the series included editors from Women’s Health, MindBodyGreen, Glamour, Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal.
