Role + Scope
Supported venue sourcing and contract negotiation across multiple private event locations
Developed run-of-show documents and guest communication planning to support a seamless multi-day experience
Sourced and helped select vendors across production, rentals, culinary, and design needs
Worked closely with the Atelier Curioso team and local on-the-ground partners in Mexico City to support production planning and execution
Contributed to the event’s creative direction, including design details, aesthetic cohesion, and guest experience flow
Helped ensure each experience felt elevated, culturally rooted, and appropriate for a high-level executive audience

“As the founder of a luxury travel and events studio, I often bring Margaret into client work. She co-designed a private takeover of the anthropology museum with Contramar's chefs, plus a dinner at Parque de Quetzalcóatl with a rising Mexican chef; produced a closing dinner at Masa Gallery with Maximo Bistrot; and anchored the closing night at Seminario 12 with a top Mexico City chef. Each was built for a discerning audience and delivered on every front - design, food, flow, and execution.”
