Manuka Health Paris Retail Pop-Up

Manuka Health launched its first retail pop-up in Paris at Le BHV Marais, creating a premium retail experience designed to test beauty positioning, drive product education, and gather real-time consumer and sales insights.

The activation functioned as both a brand-building moment and a live retail test, helping the team understand how consumers responded to Manuka Health’s beauty positioning in-market.

The activation combined product discovery, guided tastings, skincare ritual education, POS storytelling, and influencer support in a high-traffic luxury beauty environment. To extend the program beyond the retail floor, Manuka Health also produced complementary community and wellness events, including a Reformer Pilates collaboration with Club Lulu featuring a Manuka honey matcha ritual and custom product gifting.

Role + Scope
Venue management, contract negotiation, and budget management
